Attendees requesting cancellations up to 1 month prior to the start date of their event will receive a full refund. Attendees requesting cancellations up to 14-30 days prior to the start date of their event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given under 2 weeks prior to the start date of any event.
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after requesting. Refunds will be sent back to the original card used to make the purchase. The refund will typically show up on your credit card statement 7-10 days after being processed, depending on the speed of your bank.
